Tu David Phu's journey in the culinary world is a true testament to the power of passion and perseverance. From his early days in culinary school, mastering haute French cuisine, to refining his skills under esteemed chefs in New York, he always had an underlying desire to showcase the flavors of his Vietnamese heritage.

This project challenges students to create a lighting design tailored specifically for a Vietnamese restaurant. The conceptual overview of "Vietnamese Hoi An Lantern Fusion Glow" aims to vividly portray the ancient tradition of floating lanterns, which serves as a powerful reminder of Vietnamese culture.
